At IFM, we're proud of the work we do; and we're proud to back it up with a warranty. All busbar refurbishing is covered with a Limited Lifetime Warranty. Please take the time to read the terms and conditions below.

IFM warrants the quality of parts, labor and other services performed in conjunction with water cooled busbar repair and/or refurbishing to be free of defects in materials or workmanship for the useful service life of the busbar.

This lifetime warranty is primarily a warranty against separation of water cooling tubes welded to water cooled busbars and leakage at joints welded by IFM.

In order to maintain this warranty, the customer must maintain the cooling system to which the warranted piece is connected, ensuring that it is in proper working order and that the cooling system is flushed and cleaned as necessary and recommended by the manufacturer of the cooling system. This warranty does not cover damage caused by excessive corrosion or a lack of proper maintenance.

The extent of IFM's liablity on warranty claims shall be limited to repairs of warranted defects, which are to be performed at an IFM facility. IFM accepts no liablity for labor related to removal and installation of a warranted item, nor for shipping and handling related to said warranty claim. Shipping and handling may be covered for one year following the original invoice date, but only via contact with IFM prior to shipping of the warranted item.

IFM makes no claim, express or implied, regarding blockage of cooling tubes on a part in service. Such blockages are always the result of issues with or improper maintenance of the control and/or cooling systems, and are not covered by this warranty.
