Our Facility
and Equipment
IFM
is currently housed in a clean, well organized 8,000 square foot facility
in Warren,
Michigan, centrally located near I-696, I-75 and I-94 freeways. This
allows us to
conveniently service the entire Detroit Metro Area without freight
concerns. Local shipping hubs for all major common carriers allow
us to easily service any location in the continental United States.
We consider
our facility to be "modular," meaning that equipment and
stations can be
easily reorganized in order to facilitate large projects or production
jobs. To view
photos of our facility, please visit our shop
photos page.
Below
you will find a partial list of our equipment. As always, we are happy
to install
new equipment to service a large job or mid to long run production
job.

Swing Arc 74DX2 boom dual wire feeder w/Deltaweld 451, 450A
power supply (boom new 2002). According to Miller we are
the only facility in Michigan to own one of these units, which
allows us to perform up to a 450A weld with either .035"
or .045" wire anywhere in a 30' radius from the base.
This immensely simplifies welding on large and architectural
pieces, or even extremely heavy pieces still on the truck
they arrived on!
