Production Manufacturing & Assembly

IFM is proficient in many aspects of production manufacturing. We serve as a primary source to several Tier 1 automotive suppliers, producing tooling and performing production welding, manufacturing and assembly operations serving nearly a dozen North American automotive plants. Our strict quality control standards have allowed us to acheive an average failure rate below 0.2%, and we maintain a scrap rate well below 0.5% on most jobs.

In addition, we have succeeded in providing our customers with cost saving measures such as minor modifications to their components to reduce assembly time or consumable usage, and therefore reduce cost. You can be assured that your projects will receive the same care and attention to detail, and that strict confidentiality will be maintained in regards to your projects.
