MIL Spec Welding & Fabrication

IFM is proud to support our troops through the manufacturing of fabricated metal products for various defense contractors. We maintain welder certifications to MIL-12479550 and MIL-12472301, and we are happy to provide additional certifications to any additional standard required by current or future customers.


In addition, IFM understands the special requirements of military work regarding weld appearance, cleanup and (most importantly) delivery as required in a field with rapidly changing design revisions, deadlines and production requirements.


Pulse-on-pulse MIG welding technology allows us to provide superior yet cost-effective welds on materials including Aluminum, Stainless Steel, Mild Steels and Armor Steels, in addition to TIG welding of virtually any material including copper, brass and bronze.
